We had a lovely 11 night stay here. We took the bus from the airport which dropped us literally right outside. The location is great, nice restaurants nearby and the supermarket across the road was great. Our kids (10&12) loved the pool and the 2 minute walk to the beach which is gorgeous. The apartment was well equipped with lots of little extras like a mat for the beach and an umbrella, which was really handy. We hope to come back some day!

Joan was very thorough in his communication prior to our trip and this led to no mix ups or challenges with check in. The space was as per the photos and descriptions and was very clean and neat. We made good use of the coffee machine and cooked multiple meals per day in the kitchen. The bedrooms were very clean and tidy and Joan had very helpfully arranged a cot and high chair for our toddler which was fantastic. The house is very quiet and we had no trouble sleeping due to noise. The AC was useful but it was not real hot enough to be necessary at this time of year. There is a good supermarket just across the road and you are a 15 minute walk up to the old town where there are more restaurants and things to see and do. The beach is a 5 minute walk away and was never really busy. Due to this we only used the pool once but it was nice to have anyway. Overall à fantastic location for our first family holiday away.

Es ist eine tolle Wohnung. Sehr gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Durch die Heizung ist es auch im Winter angenehm zum Wohnen. Supermarkt gegenüber, Strand um die Ecke, Hafen und Restaurants schnell zu erreichen. Das ist schon top. Den schönen Außenbereich konnten wir wetterbedingt nicht nutzen, aber hat uns gut gefallen. Nur geräuschempfindlich darf man nicht sein, wenn man draußen sitzt, da die Straße schon recht laut ist. Joan ist eine sehr aufmerksame und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Very good stay, good quality apartment, kitchen equipped with all the essentials for cooking, pleasant outdoor patio for relaxing, we regret not having tried the pool because of the bad weather. The host is very responsive in case of any problems. The location is advantageous with an Eroski across the street, very convenient. We enjoyed the direct walking proximity to Alcudia beach. The barbecue is also appreciated despite the cool time of year. I recommend it for a relaxing stay.

Great space, amazing location - under 10 minute walk to port and/or beach. A supermarket and restaurant/bars are both directly over the road. there is also a bus stop outside the apartment. Old town is worth visiting, only a 25 minute walk away. The water park is only a 25 minute walk, too. Accomodation was great but the only thing was that the baby gate was no longer installed on the balcony which is useful if you have tolders. Joan was super helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend if you want to be central, go out to restaurants and bars, have the option to self cater and have easy access to the bus for trips out of town. The private pool is also great.

Would definitely recommend this place. It’s super close to the beach, plus has the benefit of private pool. Airport bus leaves from right outside and there’s a supermarket across the road. It’s perfect for an easy holiday. Joan kindly provided 2 travel cots and a high chair. The apartment had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful week at the accommodation. The location is perfect—just a few steps to the beach and plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. A special highlight was the pool on the property—ideal for cooling off when you don’t feel like walking those few steps to the beach. One day we accidentally locked ourselves out; Joan responded immediately, and within less than 30 minutes someone was there to let us back in. He also checked in on the first day to make sure everything was okay and to see if there was anything else he could do. Highly recommended—thank you, Joan!

The apartment has a very good size and offers a large, beautiful pool. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet, perfect for relaxing. The beach is very close, which is a big plus. However, there are only a few restaurants in the area, about 20 minutes away by foot. The pillows (memory foam) were unfortunately very uncomfortable and should definitely be replaced. The contact with Joan was excellent, he responded extremely quickly. Overall, highly recommended.

Komfortables Apartment mit Pool und Liebe zum Detail

Kleine aber feine Unterkunft mit Liebe zum Detail. Uns hat die Ausstattung der Küche und der Außenbreich besonders gefallen. Überdachte Terasse mit Pool und der Mögljchkeit grillen zu können war ein echtes Highlight. Außerdem ist der Strand nur wenige Meter um die Ecke entfernt. Der Kontakt zu unserem Vermieter Joan war über WhatsApp hervorragend. Er nahm sich jeder „ Bitte“ zeitnah an und erkundigte sich mehrmals ob es uns an nichts fehlt. So ein super Service hatten wir bisher noch nie .

Room for improvement: Es gibt keine Beanstandungen , lediglich der Hinweis das eine Trocknungsmöglichkeit für Wäsche toll wäre.

Great location: the beach is just 2 corners away. 5 minutes by car to the city centre and nice starting point to multiple sight seeing’s. The apartment is very nice. The swimming pool and ping pong table were used quite often and all the equipment is available for cooking.

We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment on the ground floor: impeccable cleanliness, very well-equipped kitchen, storage in the bedrooms, good location 3 min walk to the beach, close to the port. We enjoyed the apartment very much. It is nicely decorated, the layout is thoughtful, and the beds are really comfortable. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired: dishwasher, washing machine and several coffee machines. The location is also positive. The beach is not far, shopping is easily accessible, and you have everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Particularly noteworthy is the landlord: He was friendly, helpful and quickly answered our questions. His restaurant recommendations were really good. Overall, we had a very nice time here. And I can say: We would come back.

La maison idéale à Port Alcudia 🏖️🌴

L'endroit est génial ! La plage est à 5 minutes à pied, et elle est top pour les enfants. Le port est à 10 minutes, et il y a plein de restos. Il y a un supermarché juste en face, et on peut se garer devant la maison (et c'était en plein mois d'août). Il y a même un bus de l'aéroport qui s'arrête juste devant la porte ! La maison est super aussi. Il y a un grand jardin avec deux grandes tables pour manger dehors. Et le plus cool, c'est qu'il y a une piscine privée ! Les enfants ont adoré ! L'intérieur de la maison est propre et très bien équipé, c'est parfait pour un couple avec deux enfants. Les lits sont confortables. JUAN est très réactif et pro. Le check-in et le check-out sont simplifiés et autonomes. On a adoré notre séjour de 10 jours, et on reviendra sans hésiter !

Room for improvement: Lit double très confortable mais un peu étroit pour deux personnes.

A great holiday apartment for a family or couple who love time and fun on the beach.

The apartment is in a perfect location just minutes from the beach with a great supermarket over the road. Lots of lovely restaurants close by. Facilities in the apartment are very good. We had everything that we needed and the beds very super comfy…We slept very well all week. The owner Joan is very friendly and helpful and replied quickly to any questions or messages that we sent.

Room for improvement: There wasn’t much that we didn’t like. We will definitely be returning.

Schöne Wohnung mit Liebe zum Detail. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schön eingerichtet, sauber, in gutem Zustand. Hier wurde ziemlich an alles gedacht, uns hat nicht viel gefehlt. Herd, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank sind sauber und funktionstüchtig. Geschirr ist ausreichend vorhanden. Töpfe und Pfannen sind gut. Auch die Waschmaschine, nur hätten wir vielleicht etwas Waschmittel von zu Hause mitnehmen sollen, um nicht eine große Packung vor Ort kaufen zu müssen. Fernseher mit Smart-TV: YouTube, Netflix ... Klimaanlage haben wir nicht wirklich benutzt, also kann ich nichts über die Leistung sagen, aber sie funktioniert in allen Zimmern. Wer gerne bei offenem Fenster schläft, wird die Fliegengitter an den Fenstern vermissen. Wir fanden Tischtennis super, war einer der Hauptgründe für die Wohnung. Tisch ist neu, Schläger vorhanden, auch genügend Bälle. Pool sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wurde auch regelmäßig gereinigt. Ein positiver Aspekt ist auch die Nähe zum Einkaufsladen, sehr praktisch.

Room for improvement: Nur die Nähe zur Straße, aber das war uns bewusst. Tagsüber gewöhnt man sich schnell an die Geräuschkulisse. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern kommt nicht viel Lärm durch.

Very well-equipped, spacious apartment - Private pool - Great location - Lovely for a longer stay

+ A very well-equipped, spacious apartment with a lovely private pool. Probably one of the best we've stayed at so far. Basic amenities like pepper, salt, water, coffee etc. were available on arrival. Always make you feel more welcome! + Great for a longer stay as you have a washing machine, dishwasher, cooking materials, and lots of space available + Very friendly and helpful Rentallorca staff/owner, easily contacted through WhatsApp + Clear check-in instructions, staff comes across as professional + Easy parking on the street + Location: close to beach and restaurants, supermarket right across the street.

Room for improvement: - The airconditioning in the living room didn't always cool the entire room properly. It wasn't too big of a deal for us though, so we didn't contact the staff about that during our stay. Otherwise I'm sure they would've helped out. The one in the bedroom worked nicely. - The swimming pool didn't seem heated/was pretty cold. Although it was nice to cool down from the heat at the same time ;-).
